(additional guests extra - max capacity 70)

Large Room  up to 150 guests - $1500.00

(additional guests extra - max capacity 250)

• One attendant to open doors and lock up
• Rental Time includes Event set up, Event and Post event clean up
• Room set up, service AND clean up is sole responsibility of client
• Room must be Completely Clean and vacated by 1:00 a.m.
• Police Security is Required on all Rental Only events with alcohol.
