On Site Events

For events held at our facility, Inviting Events has everything you need from food to decorations to staffing for parties big and small. Our large room holds 225, while the smaller room can accommodate up to 75 people. Both rooms have a dance floor. Our facility is ideally suited for wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate functions, family reunions, athletic banquets, rehearsal dinners and anything else imaginable. In addition to an extensive menu available, our on site kitchen staff can create the perfect culinary accent to your party. At Inviting Events, you always have an option: we can cater for you or you can choose to have an outside caterer. Inviting Events has been a mainstay in Gwinnett for over 8 years. Our experienced staff will take care of all your needs and anticipate all those surprise details for you.

Additional Services

Inviting Events truly is your one-stop for all of your party needs. In addition to our staff, we have several vendors that we partner with to make your experience easier. We have a deejay and a baker for specialty items such as wedding cakes. We are also an authorized distributor of After Hours Tuxedos and Carlson Craft Invitations. If you hire us for your event, we offer a discount on Tuxedo rentals and invitations.

Rentals

Inviting Events has an extensive supply of items available for rent for all the needs that your next party or meeting may require. Tables, chairs, tablecloths, plates, glasses, silverware, punch bowls. You name it, we rent it! And if we don’t have an exotic item on site, chances are we know where to locate it. For a small fee, we can deliver the items that you need.
